The sky is not the limit, it’s only the beginning.

Aerospace MRO services follow best practices to provide reliable maintenance and tailored solutions that keep fleets safe for many years.

However, they have sacrificed quality customer service, which is vital in aviation maintenance, in favor of quick and simple jobs.

The industry needed to rebuild this critical focus because it was struggling. And concerned clients have been asking for emergency help for too long.

This was the genesis of Liberty EMT.

Our Founder

A smiling man named William Hennington with arms crossed leaning against a brick wall, wearing a dark t-shirt with 'Liberty EMT' logo

William Hennington is the founder and CEO of Liberty Engine Maintenance Technicians (Liberty EMT).

When he retired from the United States Air Force as a sergeant serving in combat service during Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield, William dove into the aerospace maintenance field as director of maintenance for KC Aviation, Dallas Airmotive, and Gulfstream Aerospace.

While working on a wide range of component services, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), he noticed that the same care placed into a turbine engine was not used to care for the people. He helped found Turbine Engine Specialists in Fort Worth, where he was for 16 years.

He took a 10-person business operating out of a small hangar to eventually 100 people in a larger hangar and, ultimately, one of the most notable MRO companies in the country in a 35,000-square-foot warehouse.

The adage goes, “If you want something done, you must do it yourself.” So, that’s what William did. Again.

Liberty EMT was established out of the need to “get back to the basics.” Answering the phone when people call you, helping the client in their time of need (not yours), and understanding that the only time that matters is theirs.

MAKE IT COUNT

Being a leading aftermarket solutions provider in aerospace maintenance means possessing mechanics that few can claim.

Yet, that’s not all that matters.

What about the capability to drive out of state for a job that doesn’t equal a major multi-platform airline?

Those count just as much. That’s why Liberty EMT goes the extra mile, takes the extra time, and puts the “extra” in ordinary.

Allow Liberty EMT to take you where only these planes can…

You know? The good ol’ days.

Precise craftsmanship. Non-invasive unless necessary. Competitive rates. Service that comes to you and doesn’t leave until you’re satisfied.

Still believes in handshakes and phone calls. Doesn’t mind working for your business. Always within reach.
